1. Why do you want to be a beta tester?

So i can report flaws and make suggestions towards the game.

2. How old are you?

3. Do you know what the job of a beta tester is?

Yes, the job is to spend time testing the game critiquing its detail (what i mean by that is not just running through the game playing it for leisure purposes). Reporting game errors and glitches, and also to give feedback on what could make the game better.

4. Do you understand that any fooling around during beta testing will not be tolerated?

Yes, professionalism is key to success.

5. Do you understand that any breaking of rules will result in you being removed from your group and possibly banned?

That is understood.
