Very intresting.
I can't find the video, atm.
But after some beeping, possibly morse code, you can hear russian's speaking over the radio.

But this station's been beeping more actively over the years and some claim it's a missile silo.

Some of the beeps have been decoded, several names and in order they spell a word which i cannot recall which spells Anonymous in russian.
