I decided to make this thread because the rules are scattered all over this forum. I have grabbed threads from around the forum and decided to put them in one thread. I really hope this helps. Thank you LambOfGod4218, JaKe, and tektek for making this possible.

Please do NOT post in this thread unless you have a rule to add. Any other posts will be DELETED and the user will receive a PUNISHMENT.

Rules of the Forum

Swearing
S.hit, F.uck, B.itch, g.ay (no exceptions, it may be let slide depending on the situation) are definite no-no's. In other
words like damnit, ass and such can slide as long as your not intentionally flaming someone. Any attempts to evade the
original word like "shat" "gey" or "biatch" or "fack" will be considered swearing.

Spamming
Under no circumstances will spam be allowed, via the forums or in the chatbox. Logging in and out numerous times is
considered spam too. Spamming includes posting posts like "lol" "wow" "cool" etc. are not allowed. Spamming also
includes posting advertisements and links.

Necroposting
This means you may not post in threads that are older than 3 weeks. You may if they are in the Forum Games forum or if it is a sticky that you need to say something. Nowhere else may you necropost.
Favorite threads you may also bring back As long as they're on the first 3 pages EXAMPLE:

Racism, sexism, etc.
Racism will not be tolerated here. You may not even joke around about another ones race. Racism is illegal even in the real world. Sexism will not be tolerated here as well.

Pornography
Pornography will not be tolerated here at EWW. It is an instant ban if you post any porn under the domain of EWW.
If a mod bans you for pornography and you contact them later and say "but it was only showing halfway". It is
still considered porn, remember there are kids under the ages of 13 on this forum.

Flaming of the staff or users
This will not be tolerated. You know the difference of joking around and flaming someone. If you do not, you have no
business being on a forum.

Advertisement and Warez
We do not accept people posting advertisements or posting warez. Posting illegal content on here or any advertisement
of some sort is an instant ban.

Chatbox Rules
(All rules in the forums are also used for the chatbox)

Kicks
Keep in mind 3 kicks is a ban.

Depending on severity.

1st Offense- 1-3 day ban
2nd Offense- 4-9 day ban
3rd Offense-10-30 day ban
4th Offense- Permanent ban

Text Decoration
You may not use any colors in the chatbox. You may use italics, bold, underlined, or strike-through text if it is for one word or title of a book, movie, etc. You may not use italics, bold, underlined, or strike-through text for a full sentence when talking in the shoutbox. It is an instant kick if you disobey this rule

Using Images
You may not post any images larger than 500x400 in the chatbox. You may not post animated pictures as well. It will be an automatic kick if you disobey this rule.

Breaking any of these rules will come with a punishment by EWW Staff. Arguing with them will just make your punishment worse


These rules are subject to change at any given time, it is your job to check these rules frequently.

Only use default settings in the chat- This means no italics, bold print, or colored words. This will result in an instant kick

No mod may edit this themselfs. I am going to control this thread. I need to know what goes in and what comes out. The best way for me to know what goes in and out of this thread is for me to edit it myself.


Like I said, please post in this thread if you see changes that need to be made or a rule to be added.

How about an -ism rule?

No racism, plagiarism, sexism, etc..

And lets not forget.

Rick Rolling is frowned upon and can get insanely annoying
Posting or linking to pirated information, whether it is software, files, or property
Bumping threads whose conversations have been over for at least 3 weeks

No Rick Rolling will NOT be added and I already have the no illegal software rule, that consists of Warez.

Added the racism and sexism rule. Plagiarism, not so much. We won't know if one plagiarizes necessarily.

I also added the no Necroposting rule.

In the bumping rule thing, we can bump threads from the suggestion sections.

I would say no to that, funky. Because obviously the suggestion is not liked if it is older than 3 weeks and has not been added/looked at by an admin.

A lot of people seem to bump old threads in that section. and if they actually follow the rules they won't be able to bump game suggestion threads.

Because for starters it gets too confusing. Another thing is there is a large amount of immature people on this site that will majorly abuse it. A bunch of people will go out of there way to make their text invisible, other will add strikethrough, and it just looks sloppy. Really doesn't look organized that much.
