Game Making Help

I have been taking "game making" classes at my school for a while now..... and haven't learned crap. I was wondering in someone could help me ACTUALLY LEARN something about helping to make/actually making a game. I can download anything. I am patient. Please help me. I would like to help contribute SOMETHING to this site.

Note: TDK sortof dosn't know game design, other then Strategic MMO games... Which is easy, it only takes time though.


Anyway, if you want to learn game design, take a more advanced course. Web Design electives sorta help with the layout and Graphic design helps with the art. Programming on the other hand, is a bit more difficult.

I know but I am almost in "Flash" but I'd rather not spend 5 weeks working vocabulary problems and not actually DOING anything. Can anyone give my a tut. link or something?

Learn Action Script 2 and 3 then work on photoshop designing and editting
After you can move objects and create buttons
if you want to create a multiplayer game learn servers and security for servers or buy one.
