I made my selfe pass out!

wow guys this is 100% real (if you dont beleve me try it yourself)(at your own risk!)

first I crouched down in a ball and breathed deeply for about 20 seconds,
next I stood up, put my thumb in my mouth and tried to breath out as hard as i can
(that is the sound i make when im about to fall down)

now my head kinda hurts because I missed the pad

i think this is bad for u >.> but thats just me.

i know i did it before. youre WHOLE body feels tingly as your whole body fell asleep everthings super blurry if you at least have your eyes open (or you have a 5 second dream)

i stopped doing this. i used to do it like 4 times one day. and i did it the hardcore way too (got a friend to choke me) weird stuff man
