Fate's Beta Tester App ( Take 3)

1. Why do you want to be a beta tester?
I want to be a beta tester to test out the game before its finalization occurs and to help report bugs, glitches , etc.

2. How old are you?
I am currently 17 years of age.

3. Do you know what the job of a beta tester is?
As a matter of Fact I do know. Its's to find glitches, bugs or any other error in the game and to report it.

4. Do you understand that any fooling around during beta testing will not be tolerated?
Yes. I do understand that if I fool around(Which will NOT be tolderated) there will be consequences.

5. Do you understand that any breaking of rules will result in you being removed from your group and possibly banned?
I understand now. I will not break any rules or fool around during Beta Testing.
I will do the best I can to be an awesome beta tester and try not to make a Fool out of myself.

Yay effort. It pays off doesnt it?
