1. Why do you want to be a beta tester?

I want to become a beta tester because I am a gamer. I love these types of games. For me, these things are not a job, its more fun. I also want to help out with the game as much as possible.

2. How old are you?

3. Do you know what the job of a beta tester is?

Yes I do. I am supposed to help make suggestions for the game. I am also supposed to search for any glitches, bugs, or anything out of the ordinary.

4. Do you understand that any fooling around during beta testing will not be
tolerated?

Yes I do. There will be no fooling around on my part.

5. Do you understand that any breaking of rules will
result in you being removed from your group and possibly banned?

Yep. But, I do not see myself break any of the rules.
